FAQs
How much is it?
We take group bookings. The half day rate is $404, and the full day is $735, with full payment upon booking. The price includes Forestry SA access fee plus GST and the 11-seater bus we operate.
What time is the booking?
For half day shuttles, the time is between 9.00am – 12.00pm or 1.00pm – 4.00pm. The full day schedule is 9.00am to 3.30pm, with a 30-minute break for the driver.
What days are available to book?
You can use the online form to book a shuttle on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. For visits to Fox Creek and Kersbrook between Monday and Thursday, please contact us directly to make an appointment.
Don’t want to book for a group?
We offer Foxy Chair Lifts (single seat booking) on an adhoc basis. Morning session is 9.30am - 12.00pm or afternoon session 1.00pm - 3.30pm. Twilight sessions are also available upon request during daylight savings. The rate is $42 per person
Will you provide any support throughout the trails?
No, we don’t provide tour guides on the trails. This is a shuttle transport only service.
What if I have issues with my bike?
We have basic tools available for use if repairs are required.
What happens if the weather turns?
We operate a ‘respect the trails’ policy. If there’s a total fire ban or it’s too wet, bookings will be rescheduled. If this occurs, The Fox Run will always give 24 hours’ notice.
What if I want to cancel?
We require a minimum of 48 hours of notice on all cancellations.
